The contract will be implemented in 22 months.
The new power plant will be connected to the electrical grid and the gas and diesel pipelines in the area.
It is expected to generate enough power to supply the demand of five million people in the region.
The company is also currently working on two power plants having a combined capacity of 846 MW for Enarsa and a coal-fired plant on the Turbioriver, based fluidized bed combustion in Argentina.
