The financing will help expand JinkoSolar’s financing channels, and further strengthen its position in developing solar projects and manufacturing capabilities.
CMBC’S services will include project finance, merger and acquisition finance, supply chain finance, bridge loans, letters of guarantee and associated trade finance.
The financing agreement also covers working capital and foreign currency cash management for JinkoSolar’s domestic and overseas subsidiaries.
The company said the move will enable it to optimise its debt structure and reduce financial costs.
JinkoSolar chairman Xiande Li said: "This strategic financing agreement with one of China’s premier commercial banks demonstrates the confidence we both have in the future development of the global PV industry.
"We look forward to working closely with CMBC on the development of our downstream business and in particular DG projects, as well as our manufacturing business."
JinkoSolar distributes its solar products and sells its solutions and services to global markets.
The company also sells electricity in China, and has connected about 500MW of solar projects to the grid as of 31 December 2014.
