The value of the contract was not disclosed.
As per the contractual terms, EEE will be responsible for the engineering, procurement, construction and installation of a 33/6.6 kilovolt substation.
The new substation will serve the power needs of a new white cement plant in Fujairah.
EEE is expected to complete the fast track project in nine months time.
Emirates Electrical Engineering general manager M V Prabash said, "we have succeeded in securing this prestigious project in spite of very tough competition from multinational companies and local EPC companies."
"Due to the capabilities we possess in all aspects of an EPC company and the competitiveness we have developed over the years we are confident in achieving the completion target of 9 months for this fast-track project with our qualified and experienced team’s dedicated efforts and commitment to excellence," Prabash added.
