The company is currently in the process of raising the remaining $5.1m for the project which is being delivered for US based firm Valley View.
It is acting as the developer and construction manager on the 10MW wind farm, which will utilize five units of Gamesa G87 turbine.
Juhl Wind started developing the wind farm in the early part of 2009, and began construction in October 2010.
Xcel Energy has signed a 20-year power purchase agreement to buy the clean wind energy generated from the facility, which is expected to be completed this year.
