The wind project is a proposed 15MW to 30MW facility and it is expected to commence operation in the third quarter of 2013.
The company will be serving as a development partner for the power project.
In addition to Juhl Wind, Val-Add Service, a project management company, will also provide services for the project.
Juhl Wind president John Mitola said partnership with the Val-Add team will provide this project a unique opportunity to maximize the amount of local ownership and economic development to Tompkins County.
