The wind project is a proposed 15MW to 30MW facility with expectation of the project being online during the third quarter 2013.
In addition to Juhl Wind, Val-Add Service Corp, a project management company, will also provide services for the power project.
Juhl Wind president John Mitola said partnership with the Val-Add team will give this project a unique opportunity to maximize the amount of local ownership and economic development to Tompkins County.
