juwi installed 64,000 First Solar thin-film modules with a nominal capacity of 4,800kWp at the sites Hostovice I and II about 130km east of Prague.
Since December 2010, the plant feeds electricity into the Czech grid.
The future yield will be about 5.4 million kWh of electricity from the facility.
juwi also installed 13,300 solar modules with a capacity of 997.5kWp in Trebovice.
The plant was commissioned on December 2010 and is supposed to produce about one million kWh clean solar energy within one year.
