Based off of a patented design, the solar-thermal Tri-Brid generator uses sun power to generate electricity, and it does not use photovoltaic panels.
The company claims that since the solar array uses delicate photovoltaic panels, the system will be useful in applications where no technicians are available, yet there is a need for long-term power generation.
The Tri-Brid generator is designed around the goal of providing continuous, usable power without necessary grid power during non-peak times, Kalahari Greentech said.
