Crestwood is being formed by Robert Phillips, the former president, CEO and director of Enterprise Products Partners. Mr Phillips will be joined at Crestwood by Keith Forman, Terry Morrison and Neel Pinge, leaders in their respective fields with over 84 years of combined industry experience.
