Kleinfelder has been executing a strategic growth plan since 1992. According to a statement, the company’s acquisition of S E A will bring new and expanded capabilities enabling it to provide more complete solutions for clients.
S E A employs more than 200 people in seven locations: Cambridge, Massachusetts; Framingham, Massachusetts; New Bedford, Massachusetts; Augusta, Maine; Rocky Hill, Connecticut; Manchester, New Hampshire; and Tucson, Arizona. Kleinfelder employs more than 2,000 people in over 60 locations across the nation.
S E A will become Kleinfelder/SEA and will represent the New England region for Kleinfelder.
