“Since joining L-3’s corporate leadership team in 2007, Curtis has been an instrumental part of our strategic initiatives, including focusing and strengthening relationships with customers, shaping our product and services portfolio and realigning key business areas,” stated Strianese. “His contributions have enhanced the overall performance of L-3 as well as our business outlook. Brunson has over 35 years of management experience with the company, Loral and its heritage companies. In 2007, he was named as the company’s senior vice president, corporate strategy and development. Before that, he was president of L-3 Communication Systems-West in Salt Lake City. He began his career in 1972 with the Sperry Systems Management Division, before its merger into Unisys Government Services.

Brunson holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from New York Institute of Technology and a master’s degree in computer science from the Polytechnic Institute in Brooklyn, New York.
