Based in southern Louisiana, US, Lavigne Baker is jointly owned by Slidell Oil Company and Lavigne Oil Company, both of which are existing Shell wholesalers. Altogether, Slidell Oil Company and Lavigne Oil Company operate 43 Shell stations throughout Louisiana, US.
