Hoosic River and Raquette River are facilities in northern New York state, and they were originally certified by LIHI five years ago.

The company achieved LIHI certification for its Rumford Falls, Maine, facilities in May. The facilities on the Androscoggin river comprise two plants of 26.5MW and 12.8MW, respectively.

Earlier this month LIHI received a submission for re-certification from Bowersock Mills and Power Co for its Bowersock Mills plant, in Kansas. The original certification for the 2.5MW plant was awarded in 2004.

LIHI also recently received an application for certification from Ashuelot River Hydro for two plants in New Hampshire – Lower Robertson and Ashuelot – that it bought two years ago.

Other recent certifications include those for the Vernon (32.5MW) and 15-Mile Falls (369MW) facilities, on the Connecticut river in New Hampshire and Vermont, and owned by TransCanada Hydro Northeast.

In early June LIHI received submissions from Dodge Falls Associates for certification of the Dodge Falls facilities in Vermont, and from Winooski One Partnership for re-certification of the Winooski One scheme also in Vermont.
