The company official said that the last tanker has been sent on 29 December, 2013.
According to Ukrainian media, the refinery intends to stop operation as the Sintez Oil transshipment centre has ceased the supplies to the refinery because of its debts.
The enterprise also notified about the termination of power supplies to the refinery, as a result of the unpaid debts.
On 25 February, 2014, the police had blocked all exits from the Odessa refinery, noted Oilnews.
