Sales agents and customers using self-service options are able to log-on 24 hours per day to place an EternaGreen BioChar order and track the status of an order in the fulfillment process. Mantria’s customers have the capability of knowing exactly where all materials and finished products are at every point in the fulfillment and supply chain process. As part of this process, email notifications are sent to all stakeholders providing updated status along the way, including a real-time reporting dashboard.
