Spread across four states in the US, the agreement covers 564 Mitsubishi 1MW wind turbines.

According to the company the agreement with Mitsubishi will help meet Infigen’s objective of containing post warranty wind farm costs across its US portfolio and reduce capital needs at each of these five wind farms.

Infigen managing director Miles George said that these agreements further enhance the company’s ability to manage the level and variability of post warranty wind farm costs.

"Infigen will continue to refine and implement its response strategies to contain operating costs," added George.
