Each 1 X 36 X 54 manufactured sheet of Bondaflex represents a savings of 34 pounds of carbon dioxide gas that isn’t released into the atmosphere and 3.4 gallons of crude oil that isn’t consumed, Bonforte said.
Bonforte said that the company’s recycled rubber is not only green, but also economical and reliable.
Our recycled rubber has demonstrated itself to be an economical alternative, leading to low-cost high mass products, Bonforte said.
Bonforte also reported that Bondaflex can be used in most difficult environments. It continues to perform in older Corps of Engineers projects such as dams, levees and water treatment plants and it is an integral part of newer projects and those currently under construction.
