Mountainview has acquired both developed and undeveloped assets called Pondera Assets in the Williams and Lake Frances areas of Pondera County, Montana, US.
The developed oil and gas assets produce around 66 gross (42 net) boe/d of natural gas from 15,520 gross (15,520 net) acres of land and the undeveloped land is spread on 40,583 gross (31,593 net) acres.
The company has also purchased compressor plant, related ancillary equipment and field wellhead equipment and pipelines related to the Pondera Assets.
Acquisition of another undeveloped 44,181 gross (8,836 net) acres of land located in the Medicine Lake prospect in Divide County, North Dakota and Sheridan County, Montana, US has also been completed by the company.
The company’s oil and gas production stands at 192 boe/d after the new acquisitions and its aggregate undeveloped land is 92,000 gross (23,550 net) acres in the Williston Basin and an aggregate of 78,382 gross (70,000 net) acres in the South Alberta Bakken play.
