This acreage is adjacent to the company’s Stateline acreage and brings its total position in the Williston basin to 11,572 acreas.
This acreage is also in proximity to other acreage being leased by Samson, Marathon and TaQa.
The company said that acquiring this acreage will enhance its opportunity to develop the Bakken and Three Forks Shale in the Williston basin.
