Since the Company had previously determined to voluntarily delist its common stock from the Nasdaq Capital Market prior to receiving the letter and filed a Form 25 with the Securities and Exchange Commission and Nasdaq on April 16, 2009, which resulted in the delisting of its common stock at the close of trading today, the company will not appeal the staff´s determination.

Following the delisting, the company currently anticipates that its common stock will be quoted on the Pink Sheets, a centralized electronic quotation service for over-the-counter securities, so long as market makers demonstrate an interest in trading in the company´s common stock.
