Under the contract, Neste Jacobs will provide project management, engineering, procurement and construction management services for the project.
The €200m SDA unit is expected to boost Neste Oil’s production structure as well as ability to optimize its crude oil slate.
Work under the contract is expected to be completed in 2017.
Additionally, Neste Oil is planning to optimize the refinery structure with an investment of approximately €60m in various utility-related enhancements.
The company will provide basic engineering, which will be completed in early 2015, on these projects.
