The rail car facility will allow the refinery to supply international markets with oil products, including gasoline, diesel, light gasoil, aviation kerosene, lightning kerosene and technical kerosene.
Neste Jacobs managing director Jarmo Suominen said: "Implementation of industrial infrastructure and logistics solution such as this facility are part of Neste Jacobs’ expertise and core competences."
Work on the project is expected to be completed this year.
