The Clean Energy Advisory Services unit is focused on energy efficiency consulting services for commercial and industrial customers.

Nexamp chairman and co-founder Henri-Claude Bailly said that the acquisition of SolVera and realignment of Nexamp will enable the company to address major growth opportunities in the energy marketplace by leveraging its core capabilities in renewable power and energy efficiency solutions.

Nexamp is a provider of renewable power and clean energy solutions and has delivered over 300 energy projects ranging from utility-scale solar photovoltaic installations to clean energy master plans.
