Under the contract, Nexans will provide over 1000km of cable requires for oil and gas industry, including low and medium-voltage single and multi-core armored IEC standard flame retardant cables.

Nexans QICC will design and manufacture 1000km about of low and medium voltage, power and earthing cables for Laffan Refinery 2 project while Nexans France will provide the instrumentation cables and fiber optic cables.
The refinery, which has a condensate processing capacity of 146,000 BPSD, construction is scheduled to be completed in the 3rd quarter 2016.
