Drill hole AR-15-34b showed continuous, high-grade uranium mineralization within the A2 mineralized shear, including 70m at 2.2% U3O8; AR-15-35 assays include 18.5m at 0.33% U3O8 and 12m at 0.49% U3O8.
Drill hole AR-14-36 showed 51m mineralization at 0.32% U3O8.
Arrow Zone, which is open in all directions and at depth, is currently 515m by 215m with the vertical extent of mineralization commencing from 100m and extending down to 820m.
NexGen exploration and development vice-president Garrett Ainsworth said: "The A2 mineralized shear continues to impress us with what is now our widest high grade interval returned to date from angled drill hole AR-15-34b."
AR-15-34b is said to be the continuous intercept with greater than 2% U3O8 to date.
Drilling at Arrow is expected to define high grade zone within the A2 shear alongside testing the new zone within the A3, the company said.
SRC Geoanalytical Laboratories analyzed the split core samples for U3O8 by ICP-OES. It also used ICP-MS for trace elements on the partial and total digestions and fusion solution of boron by ICP-OES.
