The Nakusp Property covers an area of 14,435ha and comprises three contiguous claim groups including Black Fly, Mosquito and Fisher, hosting large-flake graphite.

Noram’s SkyTEM Airborne EM Survey had identified conductive responses throughout the Nakusp property and a later geological mapping and surface sampling had intersected graphite mineralization, which is associated with the EM targets.

An Airborne EM Survey using the SkyTEM geophysical time-domain electromagnetic (TDEM) system was conducted on October 2012, where the survey area included 640km of north-south trending flight lines spaced at 200m intervals.

Subsequent to the survey, an independent geophysical review of the preliminary survey data led to a surface sampling that visually confirmed graphite trends throughout the area.

Independent geophysical review of the preliminary SkyTEM survey data was conducted by in3D Geoscience.

Results from sampling and geologic mapping as well as the geophysical data will contribute towards the company’s 2013 exploration campaign on the property.

The company expects to release analytical results from the surface sampling as available.
