Mr Olivier will be responsible in leading the gas and electric utility businesses within the NU system, along with all aspects of Northeast Utilities’s (NU) three-state transmission business.

Prior to his appointment as executive vice president of operations in 2007, Mr Olivier held a series of leadership roles within NU including president of NU Transmission, president and COO of The Connecticut Light and Power Company (CL&P), and senior vice president and chief nuclear officer of the Northeast Nuclear Energy Company.
