The purchase order, approved by the TWA Board of Directors on July 14, 2010, is an extension of the initial purchase order that N-Viro secured in June 2008.

This contract extension will enable N-Viro International’s wholly-owned subsidiaries, Florida N-Viro and Bio Mineral Transportation, to continue treating all biosolids processed by TWA.

As per the terms of the extended contract, N-Viro will continue to transport product from TWA’s South Bermuda Waste Water facility that serves as a central biosolids facility for wastewater treatment plants within the TWA, to its facility in Daytona Beach, Florida.

N-Viro will then process the biosolids to achieve Class AA standards as required by Florida regulations. The end product is sold locally as N-Viro Soil.

The project generates approximately $1m in annual revenue for N-Viro, which anticipates additional purchase orders from TWA in the future.

Timothy Kasmoch, president and CEO of N-Viro International, said: “It has been a pleasure to work with the TWA staff over the past two years and we expect to continue to provide the same high level of service that is expected by them. We look forward to continuing this relationship while working to develop a long-term N-Viro Fuel project with TWA.”
