The new center is committed to increasing value and service to customers needing switching solutions despite challenging industry climates.

This allows customers to deal directly with US-based engineers and provides faster turn-around times and immediate customer support.

The center provides customers with the unique features that they require for their switch designs. Such custom requirements could include, but are not limited to, special levers, terminal bends, customized wire harnessing, different plastics/materials, and unique operating forces.

New functions include local QA testing and Value-add design including CAD work and full time engineering support from Japanese and local engineers.
