Mr Wilson replaces Gregory Phillips who was previously named president of Texas Gas Service, replacing Roger Mitchell who will become president of Oneok’s Oklahoma Natural Gas Company. Mr Grundman replaces Bobbie Barker who is retiring from the company. Mr Wilson and Mr Grundman will report to Mr Phillips.
In his new role, Mr Wilson will be responsible for Texas Gas Service’s operations and maintenance, construction, customer service and marketing activities in the eastern region, which includes its Austin, South Jefferson County and north Texas jurisdictions. Mr Wilson is currently the director of gas supply at Texas Gas Service.
In his new role, Mr Grundman will be responsible for the division’s natural gas supply, human resources, safety, communications and fleet management functions. Mr Grundman is currently manager of process improvement and quality assurance for Texas Gas Service.
