Mr Zhuang recently served as the finance controller for Synthesis Energy Systems, a China-based company engaged in the development and commercialization of gasification technology.
Prior to that, he served as the finance manager and head internal auditor for all of Jebsen & Co’s Chinese operations. Mr Zhuang previously worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers as an accountant.
