Mr Lavinia succeeds Thomas O’Malley as the CEO of the company. Mr O’Malley will continue to serve as the chairman of the board of directors.
Mr O’Malley said: The addition of Bob Lavinia to our management team in July 2007 as president was an important step in the consolidation of the management structure of the company.
