Ms Barcon will be responsible for business planning, management reporting, performance management and coordination of Pacific Gas & Electric Company’s (PG&E) operating plan.
She will report to Chris Johns, senior vice president, CFO and treasurer of Pacific Gas and Electric Company’s parent, PG&E Corporation, and senior vice president and treasurer of Pacific Gas and Electric Company.
Mr Kiraly will assume a newly created role within the company and will be responsible for distribution, maintenance and construction for the northern portion of PG&E’s service area. He will report to Geisha Williams, Pacific Gas and Electric Company’s senior vice president of energy delivery.
