In his new role, Pruett will direct all branding and advertising efforts for both the PG&E Corporation and PG&E.

Pruett will also lead and oversee all external and internal corporate communications activities for the enterprise. Pruett joined PG&E Corporation in March 2007 as VP, corporate relations. Previously, he served as the VP of communications and marketing for the American Gas Association. Pruett has 27 years of experience and expertise in communications and public affairs, including senior leadership positions at Bechtel and PG&E. He received a B.A. in journalism from California State University Fresno. He will report to the chairman, chief procurement officer (CEO)and president.

Orange is responsible for managing the environmental services, environmental remediation, and technical and land services activities for the company. Orange has around three decades of environmental experience to PG&E, most recently at Seagate Technology, and previously, the US Environmental Protection Agency and Booz Allen. She received an M.S. in bio-engineering and a B.S. in biology. She has also participated in the Stanford Graduate School of Management Executive Education program. She will report to Des Bell, SVP, shared services and chief procurement officer.

Their talents and contributions will help ensure that PG&E continues to be a leader in communications and environmental performance.
