Mr Michniewicz has graduated from the faculty of law and administration at the Warsaw University. He also holds post-diploma graduation in post-diploma studies on European integration and international safety at the Military University of Technology.
Mr Michniewicz is experienced in administration work. He worked at the Polish Chancellery of the Senate through 1989–98, and from 1998 at the Chancellery of the Prime Minister, initially as director of the General Director Office.
