The company is extending the Western Oklahoma pipeline by 95 miles to serve the growing production from the Granite Wash, Hogshooter and Cleveland Sands producing areas in western Oklahoma and the Texas panhandle.

The new extended pipeline will be able to transport up to 75,000 barrels per day of oil from Reydon, Oklahoma in Roger Mills County to PAA’s Orion station in Major County, Oklahoma.

At the Orion station, crude oil will be fed on the company’s existing pipeline system to its terminal in Cushing, Oklahoma.

PAA’s new Western Oklahoma pipeline is supported by long-term producer commitments and is expected to begin operations by the end of the first quarter of 2014.
