At Constellation, Spencer also served as business development manager and plant manager for two generating facilities.
Spencer earned a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Oregon State University and is a registered professional engineer.
“We thank Brad for his leadership, both in improving performance inside the company and in his very successful efforts in establishing PPL Montana as an important state and community partner,” said William H. Spence, executive vice president and chief operating officer of PPL Corporation.
“We congratulate Brad on an outstanding career in the power industry. We wish him all the best in retirement,” said Spence.
