The initial projects slated for financing under this arrangement are all under development by Premier Power, range in size from 250kW to 2MW, and are to be constructed by the company in California, North Carolina, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. The projects will all be co-developed by Premier Power and REgeneration Finance.
