Metavante said that it is providing a customer communication and document design solution that will integrate with PSE&G’s SAP Customer Care System (CCS). By using CSF Designer, Public Service Electric and Gas Company (PSE&G) is expected to create and deliver customized bills, letters and notices on SAP’s platform, creating a unified solution for managing customer communications. FasTest is expected to add additional efficiency by shortening the testing time of new documents.
