The first solar project with a capacity of 7.3MW will be built for William S Hart School District in Santa Clarita.

The other 3.3MW solar project will be constructed for the County of Orange.

Through the signed power purchase agreements, the solar facility owners will buy the solar-generated electricity from the plants.

The project with the County of Orange will span five county facilities, including the Peace Officer’s Training Facility and County Registrar of Voters, and consist of ground-mounted and carport applications utilizing the latest photovoltaic technology.

PsomasFMG will design and manage the construction of the projects through an engineering, procurement and construction contractor, while NRG will provide raw materials such as solar panels and power inverters, plus financial resources.

US-based PsomasFMG provides affordable solar systems to its clients by utilizing a combination of engineering know-how, private investor financing, and federal and state subsidies.
