Under owner’s engineer services assignment contract, Pöyry will be responsible for the design review of the engineering, procurement and construction contractor documentation, and provide technical and site supervision services.

Oman Oil Company and LG International are developing the power plant using dual fuel reciprocating engines. It will primarily run on natural gas, with back-up to be provided by diesel fuel.

Located at Tibat, Wilayat Bukha in Oman, the project is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2016.
