The company has begun plant commissioning activities for the Phase I expansion and this unit is expected to start commercial operation in December 2011.
The Phase I expansion will add 36MW of capacity to the existing 10MW backpressure units currently in operation at San Jacinto.
Once the Phase II 36MW expansion is completed, the 10MW backpressure units will be decommissioned leaving 72MW (net) operating capacity at the San Jacinto facility.
The Phase II expansion is expected to be completed in December 2012.
