Mr Gray will replace Otis Winters, who has earlier announced his intention to resign as a director.
Mr Gray has 33 years of experience in management, energy and finance. Currently, Mr Gray is CFO of Colonial Pipeline, which operates a pipeline system for refined petroleum products throughout the southern and eastern US. He has also served as CFO for Petrocosm, a provider of internet-based procurement services to the oil and gas industry.
