Under the terms of the agreements, ReneSola will supply solar modules that will be installed on solar plants across the UK.
These solar modules are anticipated to generate clean electricity, enough to power around 23,000 homes in the region.
Lightsource Renewable Energy managing director Kareen Boutonnat said that the company is the largest consumer of Tier 1, bankable Chinese solar PV modules in the UK.
"We are pleased with the quality of ReneSola’s solar modules and with the company’s proactive support during the period of anti-dumping uncertainty.
"We are confident their modules will benefit our operations and hope to establish a long-lasting relationship that will help grow the U.K. solar market further," added Boutonnat.
ReneSola noted that it has been working with Lightsource for around three years and its high-efficiency modules will enable Lightsource solar farms to operate at peak performance.
