RRC will develop and manage the power projects and provide construction and permanent financing, while Youil will provide development capital, engineering and management.
RRC CEO Josh Case said the company is now looking for projects from developers interested in a joint venture or co-development relationship where it can assist in bringing their projects to a reality.
RRC, which focuses on projects between 250KW and 20MW, currently has a project pipeline of over 250MW throughout the US.
