According to Petrol Plaza, Rompetrol operates around 25 stations and two warehouses in Georgia. In 2007, Rompetrol Georgia has reportedly invested $3 million to open new gas stations in the country and has registered a turnover of $67 million.

The firm plans to increase its turnover in the country to around $110 million and is planning the expansion of its gas station network in line with its expectations, according to the news source.

Rompetrol Georgia is also planning to import high-quality EUR5 fuels, as the company’s refineries in Romania shift to the production of fuels in line with European standards, reports Petrol Plaza.
