The third batch of results received from the ALS laboratory in South Africa, were taken from ten boreholes drilled.

The company said that the seam thicknesses are in general consistent over the four primary horizons, with the Main Seam averaging 16.87m.

The grade parameters, including swelling indices, calorific values, ash content and volatility were consistent and strongly correlated to the first and second batches of results.

A total of 350 phase one samples have been submitted to the laboratory, of which 312 have been returned in three batches.

The company is awaiting the results of the last 10 holes, which are expected shortly and will complete the 30 hole Phase 1 drilling program.

According to the company, phase two is progressing well, which is in-filling the phase one drill holes in order to increase the resource size.
