The 702.5 km2 onshore concession covers portions of Blocks 87 and 88 in the Baltic Basin of Poland.
The company now has a 100% stake in two Baltic Basin concessions including San Leon’s existing Gniew concession, stretching more than 468,000 net acres.
San Leon also has significant interests in five other concessions while the Czersk concession expands its acreage in the Baltic Basin to 958,000 net acres.
San Leon Energy chairman Oisin Fanning said, " We are confident that our strategy of securing licences in different locations within the Baltic Basin will prove to be successful in the future."
