According to the company, Arabiyah-1 is offshore in the Arabian Gulf, about 185km northeast of Dhahran. The well was tested and flowed 41.1 million standard cubic feet per day (scfd) of gas from an open-hole test conducted over the Khuff B reservoir at a depth of 10,500ft.
Rabib-1 is an offshore well in the Arabian Gulf, about 125km northeast of Dhahran. The Rabib-1 well was tested and flowed 40.6 million scfd from a cased-hole test conducted over the Jauf reservoir at a depth of 17,130ft.
Apart from these wells, the Hasbah-16 well, 200km northeast of Dhahran, was tested and flowed 62.1 million scfd from an open-hole test conducted over the Khuff B reservoir at a depth of 12,700ft. The Jauf-11 well, 300km northwest of Dhahran, tested oil in the Lower Dhruma reservoir at 8,025ft. The well flowed 2,551 barrels per day (bpd) of oil with 1.2 million scfd of gas.
The Rimthan-9 well, on the northern flank of the Rimthan field and 400km northwest of Dhahran, tested oil in the Lower Hith reservoir at 10,960ft. The well flowed 462bpd at 20psi wellhead pressure on a 64/64-inch choke.
The Niyashin-1 well, 450km northwest of Dhahran, was tested oil in the Upper Fadhili reservoir at 11,875ft. The well flowed 2,076bpd at 723psi on a 32/64-inch choke. The Jurayd-101 well, 130km north of Dhahra, was flowed oil from three reservoirs, which had not previously proven to be oil productive at Jurayd. The Hith Stringers yielded 450bpd on a 20/64-inch choke.
The Shu’aiba flowed 1,133bpd on a 32/64-inch choke, and the Upper Khafji Stringers flowed 115bpd on a 64/64-inch choke. The Khursaniyah-114 well confirmed the presence of oil in the Safaniya reservoir. The Safaniya was added as a new reservoir to the Khursaniyah field, 138km northwest of Dhahran, after it flowed oil at a rate of 480bpd.
