The deal will include the installation of a 30,000mcf/day cryogenic plant at the company’s Hopeton facility to support Eagle’s drilling activities into the Mississippi and Hunton geological formations.

SemGas vice president Wayne Ziegler said that these assets, and the ability to provide additional processing capacity, place SemGas in a strong position to support ongoing and future Mississippi Zone drilling activity.

"In addition, SemGas will continue to support Eagle’s drilling activity from its Nash, Oklahoma facility with further expansion capabilities available as needed," Ziegler said.

The Hopeton and Nash facilities of SemGas are located within the Mississippian Zone.

SemGas is a provider of natural gas gathering, processing and marketing services.
